No. Nevada Assembly Bill 356 (AB356), signed in 2021, prohibits the installation of non-functional ornamental turf in the Las Vegas Valley by 2027. Existing grass must be removed. We specialize in beautiful, water-compliant alternatives including artificial turf, xeriscape, decomposed granite, and native desert plants — all of which look great and can be HOA-approved.
It depends on your neighborhood. Most planned communities in Summerlin, Henderson, and Green Valley require HOA approval for landscaping changes. We've worked with hundreds of Las Vegas HOAs and are familiar with their requirements. We can help you prepare your submittal package and guide you through the approval process at no extra charge.
Spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) are ideal. Desert plants establish better in moderate temperatures, hardscape materials are easier to work with, and crews can maintain quality without heat stress. That said, we work year-round — hardscaping, irrigation, and many other projects can be done safely in summer. We'll advise on the best timing for your specific project.
It varies by scope. A basic xeriscape or cleanup takes 1–3 days. A full front yard redesign typically runs 3–7 days. A complex backyard with a patio, pergola, fire pit, and lighting usually takes 2–4 weeks. We'll give you a detailed timeline during your free on-site consultation. Yes. We are fully licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board, carry general liability insurance, and maintain workers' compensation coverage for all crew members. We're happy to provide proof of insurance and licensing before any work begins.
Yes. We back all our installations with a workmanship warranty. Plants and natural materials also carry a 90-day establishment guarantee — if something doesn't take due to installation error, we'll replace it. Hardscape work (pavers, concrete, walls) carries a 1-year structural warranty. Manufacturer warranties on artificial turf and irrigation systems are passed through to you.
